Lack of success
I've had my x-carve for a while and am successfully using Lightburn with my JTech 7 watt laser. My problem is I just can't get Piclaser/Picsender to burn a photo. I can do all the steps to the point of running PicSender but then it just burns the whole picture dark. I'm not getting the variation of power/degree of burn. I'm running Grbl 1.1f. I changed the three settings as explained in the tutorial. Seems all pretty straight forward but no deal. Got any help for me?? Would love phone support but it's not a good time for that considering that Jeff passed away. Frustrated.

Please post the settings you are using in PicLaser, and an example picture of the dark image.
