I'll test and lower the acceleration a little bit and see if it's getting better, maybe that's the problem.

Went back to 25khz but changed us to 0-0 and the acceleration to 175mm / min on all axis, start from there and test more.

It looks like your laser's focal point is not as small as it could be. On page 22 in the Laser Setup instructions PDF there is information how to focus your laser diode.

I have gone from A axis to Z axis again and change to 25khz and us to 0-0 and the acceleration on Z 800 and X-Y 400. Now there are no more lines. Has little work on the software, it burns too much, engraving speed at 2200 mm / min

I need to get some kind of photo analyzer to see ton scale, though it was a little ton scale in the face, so it did not engrave it.

As I stated before, if you don't use as much of the laser's power range as possible, your shading range will be limited.

You can sharpen your image in the editor to bring out more detail. It may look over sharpened blown up on a monitor, but it will improve your overall laser photo engraving results.

If your talking about the forum, just select "Post Reply", then "Attachments" and then "Add files". There is a 500 KiB file size limit, so resize smaller it if it's larger then that.

If your talking about PEP6, just "Select Image" and select which image you want to load.
