Jeff or John
I got something goofing up.
In the last part of the G code, the last A axis move the 0.0000 is left out. I had to change the AG01 to A0.0000 G01 to get it to work. It did it twice in two different programs. Thought you might want to know.
Thanks Jerry

Jerry,

If the two files are only one or two lines different in the count, it will cause that because it lost it's synchronizing when combining the gcode. Are you using a pre-code or post-code in one profile and not in the other, or are you using the same profile for both files?

Did you confirm the same line count in each file before combining them? The count is at the bottom of both files. The only difference in the count should be the comment character lines and that is why PicLaser 3D ignores them and does not add or keep them in the combined file.

Jeff
