My sincere apology. I failed to check my email spam folder the past few days, and I just found your email there. I will respond via email to you as soon as I have checked a few things. It is very possible that it is a Windows version issue.
I just downloaded and installed on my Win 7 desktop computer, and my Win 10 Dell laptop, and both work OK with v3.5.0. Sounds like you may not be connecting via USB. Did you check the Com Port and Baud Rate for correct values? John
OK, I will try to get it out today. I have verified the bug and a potential fix, but need time to test well. Doing as I suggested will allow normal operations for now. No other users have reported this issue. Thank you for your report.
Sorry, have reread you message. Seems you have found a bug. Try again, but DO NOT click the "$C" button. Make sure it stays reading "Inactive" as above and you should be OK. I will get a fix out later today. My apology and thanks for letting me know.
