Ahmet,
I'm sorry to see this problem. I will review the PEP5 3D code and see if there may be something causing that. We do not run the 3D ourselves because we do not have a 3D printer, so it may take a few days for us to review and test.

Ahmet,
I have checked the 3D code in PEP5 using the settings you posted, and it appears OK to me. Although I can not test the actual gcode file itself, I did preview it in Mach3 and it shows no signs of any axis offset, or ghosting, as you are experiencing. Attached are the Mach3 display and the original image I used. I am at a loss to suggest where or what the problem is.

Please zip the problem gcode file and send to us for further examination.

Thank you,
John

Ahmet,
I replaced all the M106 S0 commands in my test 3D file with Z0, and all the M106 S255 commands with Z-.1, and loaded the file into Mach3. The display shows that the X/Y commands do not have any offset that would be causing the problem you are experiencing. This leads me to suspect there is a mechanical or electronic issue with your controller.

John
I add my files

http://www.ta1dr.com/laser/pep_app.zip

I want to ask ; your laser modul how many height from material surface ? my 4 cm and laser spot point good about 0.1 or 0.2 mm

also I tried outline engavring ( I used my CAM prgram and make some tweak for 3D printer ) , result very good

I believe , we can solve

Hi Ahmet,

To answer your question height from material surface, we use 7.6 CM and the laser spot (burn line) we get with a 3 element glass lens is .127mm.

Looking at your engraving it consists of allot of dots as if your controller is not changing PWM voltage to your driver or your driver is not varying the intensity of the laser diode.

The image you attached is for varying intensity (shades). If your limits with your controller and driver is TTL (pulse) then you will need to Dither your image to 1bit black & white first before generating the Gcode in PEP5. This way when using a 0 min and 255 max setting, your laser will just pulse on/off in the black/white areas.

Hi Jeff
thanks for answer
You right, my 3D printer electronic board not fast maybe not change PWM also I suspect to laser driver unit it is ttl I order Jtech driver as soon as possible also I ordered CNC shild for arduino uno last week and waitting..

Thanks again ...I am happy to using the PEP..

Ahmet,
I am glad Jeff had time to spot some issues for you. I have been a little distracted this morning. Please keep posting your work as soon as you get your system working.

Best Regards,
John
