By chance, have you been clicking in and out on Metric mode at all? I can only make it act up here by doing that. If I start up already in Metric mode, I can not get it to stop continuous jogging in X/Y.

I just ran a test here in Metric mode and have discovered an issue. My apology to you, and thank you for reporting this. I will look into fixing it right away.

What version of PicSender are you using? Ver. 3.4.0 is the latest. Even this should not matter.
Metric or Imperial? I ask so I can try and troubleshoot your issue.

All you should have to do is check the 'Continuous Jog' box. Odd you are having this trouble. Maybe something wrong with PicSender install? Do you have homing and soft limits enabled on your machine? Neither is required for Continuous Jogging, but just helps to prevent slamming accidentally into the...

Excuse me for being a little confused, but what only works on the Z axis? Continuous jog will work on all three axes. It will ignore increment settings in Z and X/Y.

Continuous jog does not use the set incremental move setting. It is as the name implies, continuous. Just hold the button down to make the axis move, and let up to stop movement.

Bob, the VCarve estimated time feature may be your best bet at what you are wanting. It has a correction factor you can use to improve its prediction accuracy, but in all honesty, it may still not be close enough for your needs.
